If you have Windows7 (in my cas win7 64bit Ultimate) and you can't do fastboot, just do this:
-Make sure you have installed android SDK and have done changes in USB driver
-put your folio into fastboot mod (press 3times POWER and once VOLUME+ when Toshiba logo shows up) with USB pluged in
-now, go to device manager and find "fastboot" device. In my case, in remote devices.
-I have slovakian version of Windows, so I can't describe what exactly you see.
Just do reinstall of "fastboot"s driver.
There is one option where you pick device from the list. Do it and pick ADB devices and there is "Fastboot interface(Google USB ID)".
-After reinstalling driver, just restart your folio and go to fastboot again.
NOW IT WORKS !!!!
I HAVE INSTALLED CWM v5.5.0.4 by executing this command:
"fastboot flash recovery cwm-recovery-5.5.0.4.img"
I did it without wiping cache or data, but i did it before using old version of CWM, so you may have to do it too.
After that I installed Alfa3 without any problem.
