i did this only and now i get locks within 10-20 secs
for better results USE GPS under open skys

• Change the "Number of test" to "100" (yes i know. that's a lot.)
• Click OK
• Click "Start GPS"

Having issues flashing? Follow this guide:

Having trouble with Kies? You are more than likely using a Clean Lestatious ROM lower than a v2.0 Build. Follow this guide to correct problem:

• Download JPF System Apps - You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
• Extract MTPApplication.apk
• Copy and paste MTPApplication.apk to "/system/app"
• Disable USB Debugging Mode
• Reboot
• Kies should work!

For Camera Force Close Fix

• Launch camera.
• Go to camera settings.
• Change the resolution from "2048 x 1536" to "1600 x 1200"
• Camera shouldn't crash now.

Jól értelmezem hogy ha felteszem odinnal akkor deodexeli is a PDA-t és így feltehetem a lagfixet rekovery-ből és témákat is lehet betölteni onnantól

Egyelőre azt olvasom XDA-n, hogy nem túl stabil még. Eddig ketten panaszkodtak, hogy a sok a close force és nem szinkronizálja a kontaktokat.

Mivel ez JPA ROM-ra épül, szerintem biztos ami biztos elötte fel kéne tenni a gyári JPA-t, mert nem tudom, hogy mennyire szeretik egymást.
Az hogy ha felteszed és deodexeli az tuti, de a többit nem tudom. 

Sajnos nekem nincs ilyen telefonom, és én is csak ismerősömére tudom felrakni.
